West Sussex County Council Please do your best to get me into The Littlehampton Academy - official because I feel that I will be able to "cope" if I try my best, and respect the rules, environment/learning atmosphere, and the school/staff, students.

If the school say they cannot take me, and/or refuse to take me this would be classed as discrimination because according to https://contact.org.uk/help-for-families/information-advice-services/education-learning/admissions-and-school-choice/applying-for-a-school-place School admissions are covered by the Equality Act. If you are going through the normal admissions system, a school cannot refuse to take your child because they have a disability or SEN, if your child would otherwise have qualified for a place under the admission criteria.
