If you are going out today, remember your sun cream, and hat!

If you are going out to #Littlehampton's coast, or anywhere in general, then please remember to wear, and pack your sun cream. Please also remember your hat.

If you do not wear your sun cream, the consequences could be quite nasty, and potentially dangerous because you could be burned by the sun's dangerous UV rays, however, the sun cream blocks these harmful waves of ray.

Please also ensure that your children, teenagers, or relatives, as well as your friends remember to use their sun cream, if they refuse, remind them of the risks, and if they still refuse, refuse to let your children go out until they wear the protection. It's ok to keep your children safe.

You could also try buying different sun creams, or wearing protective clothing instead if sun cream doesn't work for you/your relatives.

If you do not wear sun cream, here are some of the possible outcomes/risks: sunburn, skin cancer, your skin losing colour, and possibly turning red, aging spots, freckles, aging, and heatstroke, as well as many other negative health impacts. #WearYourSuncream #Suncream #SuncreamSavesLives
