Littlehampton honours our heroic members of the armed forces

Residents of #Littlehampton have gathered around the World War Memorial to take part in the two minute silence in honour of our heroic members of the military.

A majority of Littlehampton's residents took part in the two minutes of silence from all around the #town, not just around the memorial, in fact, most of the people who attended here were councillors, the mayor, church staff, emergency workers, a few residents, and veterans.

From just before 11:00 a.m., residents, veterans, and emergency and church staff, as well as town council staff remained silent for two whole minutes until 11:02 a.m. in honour of our heroic, selfless military personnel and veterans.

Most #British people nationally have taken part in remembrance day by remaining silent for two minutes and remembering those who thought for us and our country.
