Some of Littlehampton's drivers have called for a mini roundabout amidst 'confusion' when people exit South Terrace onto Norfolk Road.
Some Littlehampton drivers, pedestrians, and cyclists have reported feeling 'confused' about whether they should signal their intentions to other road users when exiting South Terrace onto Norfolk Road and said 'signalling right will confuse people because there is a junction to your right which means people will think you are turning into that road'.
Some of these drivers, who reported feeling 'confused', said 'a mini roundabout will help other road users because it will allow vehicles to signal right and left without confusing cyclists, vehicles, or pedestrians'.
When pedestrians cross the road off of Sea Road onto Norfolk Road and cars are going straight but signalling right, it can be confusing for pedestrians, motorists, and cyclists.
Many drivers are debating the need to signal at Sea Road's junction amidst the 'confusion' it can cause.
