Thunder batters the South East of England

Several properties have been damaged by this afternoon's seemingly never-ending storms and lightning, residents claim.

Sussex, Kent, Surrey, Hampshire, South Wales, and London suffered the most from the thunderstorms, according to several posts on social media — namely Facebook.
