Why is England known as the looking city of Europe, and why do so many relationships fail here?

England may have the least secure relationships compared to other states in the UK and Europe due to reportedly young men and women staring at people in committed relationships, suggesting that many relationships fail in this state due to cheating, looking at other men/women while in a relationship, and relationships feeling disrespected by outsiders looking at their partners.

Several partners feel this way with many suggesting that Wales is a better state for secure relationships than, say, England. Dwayne Hards regularly visits Wales with his boyfriend, and they both claim that no-one stares at them in public there — which is reportedly a very different story when they're both in West Sussex, a county in the South East of England, where people allegedly stare at chavs — according to the Gen-Z couple. It appears to be part of England's modern culture, which could be why at least 96,000 people in the state have been diagnosed with HIV and AIDs and at least 402,000 have other sexually transmitted diseases, according to NHS England. Many people would argue that catching STIs or HIV is karma for cheating and sleeping around, while some might view that as harsh and disagree.
Schools in England have often faced criticism for allegedly failing to routinely encourage healthy relationships, cultural values, respect for couples' privacy, and maintaining good relationships, according to several opinion polls and newscasters. This could lead to younger generations having low standards and morals that state schools should be teaching them.
Some polls suggest that part of the UK's young Brexit vote was because young relationships were failing because of young EU nationals coming to the UK under freedom of movement rules, which no longer apply entirely as they did post-Brexit, for the nightlife and hookup culture in England, which may have worsened cheating and lack of respect for relationships. However, this was not the ultimate reason for the Brexit Referendum and more of a small factor in some groups, mainly young couples in serious relationships that had enough. And the EU was also accused of shielding gay and bisexual individuals from social reactions from angry couples when they catch them staring at their partners, which angered many young fed-up couples. Had this been corrected before the vote, that may have been enough to tip the 2016 Referendum results to have been remain and not leave.
