Air ambulance called after girl, seven, injured in Worthing collision

A seven-year-old has been taken to hospital following a collision in Worthing.

The air ambulance landed in Worthing

Emergency services were called to the scene in Galsworthy Road at 3.34pm today, where a girl was in collision with a car, police said.

The seven-year-old suffered a leg injury and was taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton for treatment.

Police said her injuries were not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing at this time.

An air ambulance was called to the scene, but police did not confirm whether it was used.
