America must stop its citizens from carrying guns to prevent any more innocent Americans from losing their lives.
The fact that millions of American school children are having to live in fear of being shot dead in their own classrooms is unbelievable, and that's just one of the few reasons why the United States of America must ban guns as soon as possible.
One American schoolgirl, who survived a school shooting in Texas, had to cover herself in her friend's blood to avoid being killed, according to a CNN news report. Incidents like this happen all the time in the USA, and this causes countless amounts of US citizens to lose their lives every single year.
America's excuse for its overly-relaxed gun laws is "the constitutional right to carry a gun" despite the Constitution also stating that individual states have the right to protect their citizens' rights, such as: the right to life and liberty. One part of the US Constitution cannot be used to argue another, and this is why the Americans are in a never-ending debate about whether guns should be made illegal once and for all.
Ban guns, America: do the right thing for your country's citizens. Doing this will, without a doubt, save countless amounts of Americans' lives.
