Drains in East Green Car Park have overflowed earlier this morning with huge puddles of rainwater formed around them due to the rain.
East Green Car Park was flooded earlier this morning because of the rain.
Dwayne Hards, LCN's founder and an autistic resident, 14, said he was "fuming" after he didn't see the water and walked in a "massive" puddle of grey water at around 6:00am this morning.
Dwayne said he believed the water to have been raw sewage at first and was panicking, however, he realised it was only rainwater and, at the very worst, possibly seawater.
