Driver waiting at Rustington traffic lights exposed for parking in a 'KEEP CLEAR' box

A driver waiting at a set of traffic lights in #Rustington has waited in a 'KEEP CLEAR' box. Dwayne Hards said he "was not impressed with the driver".

This driver has been uploaded onto #LCN's website for their act on the Rustington #Town Road.
