Dwayne Hards makes new progress running longer distances

Dwayne Hards has always been good running however in the past Dwayne has only been able to run short distances when running at his fasted possible pace.

However now Dwayne is now able to run longer distances than before (probably due to increased practise).

Dwayne has been told by lots of people that he knows "How are you so fast" or similar comments ie "Your Really Fast".
