Here is some information about Dwayne and his mental health.
Dwayne Hards is the founder of LCN and has the last say in relation to decisions made on the LCN website.
Dwayne Hards is very privileged to be the founder of LCN. Dwayne Hards has the power to ban/suspend accounts on LCN's social media site, review contracts, create/block civil procedures (policies), and suspend any articles, decisions, or content on LCN News.
All Civil Procedures and policies must be signed by the founder (Leader) of Littlehampton Community News.
Dwayne Hards is an autistic teenager and has ADHD, Aggression & Mood Fluctuation Disorder, is aged 13, and is one of the lucky and privileged teenagers that has successfully founded their own news service.
Dwayne Hards has volunteered at St John Ambulance from 2017 until 2019 since age he was a small and cute 9-year-old boy. Dwayne was a volunteer community responder who wanted the best state of health for everyone.
Dwayne Hards has done online speeches about Autism and ADHD. He has also done online speeches about Mental Health statements to try and help those who have mental health issues or are interested in understanding them a little more.
A Facebook and Twitter page was created for LCN and was released for the public. Our Twitter page is mainly used to slam and expose politicians, as well as retweeting tweets that meet our LCN standards. We also use our Twitter account for commenting on our news articles and to run polls. Some have called our Twitter Profile "the bias area" in a joking manor.
Our Facebook page is used to promote our content, and it is also used for commenting on incidents and our articles.
Dwayne Hards was a litter-picker, who cares for his community and the environment, while doing his best to encourage change. He has also done endless campaigning, attempting to solve issues that are possible to solve. He said: "Why don't the council do their job and take litter off the streets instead of fining small old ladies and vulnerable people for "littering". What do we pay fucking taxes for if you don't even clear the streets?! Do your jobs!"
"I don't blame young people or the general public for the litter epidemic; in fact, I have no problem with people dropping rubbish. This is because it's local councils' job to take litter off the streets providing those who drop rubbish pay their taxes. I am strictly against fines for littering. Fortunately, these are never successfully dished out if people know how to react to civil enforcement goons (run or get on a bus; refuse to give your details while quickly getting away; and inform them that you feel harassed, alarmed, and/or distressed so that you have a civil or criminal case against them, making your 'offence' inadmissible in court).
LCN does their best to prevent bias news; however, with political issues, we will try our best to deliver facts and not excessive opinion. We will also give all parties a say.
DH: "It is a dream come true to have my very own news service and life that I have."
I am a privileged autistic founder/independent journalist, and I will use this privilege responsibly and with great care."
"I am honoured to be Littlehampton Community News's Leader. I vow my LCN will remain a safe, balanced, reliable, and honest/fact-checked site/paper. If you are unhappy with LCN's service, please email LCN's main email address, email.wcn.uk@gmail.com, or my official email address, official.leader.dwayne.hards.wcn.uk@gmail.com, and I will take appropriate action against the publisher if I feel there was any wrongdoing."
"I will do my upmost to ensure that our community gets the most reliable, factual, honest, and impartial news on the Littlehampton Community News website/newspaper."
I wish to continue with my newspaper and get into college and possibly even university.
I have a few mental health conditions, including: ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder), AMFD (Aggression & Mood Fluctuation Disorder), ADHD ( Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), and Sleeping Difficulties.
I take great passion in my garden; however, one phobia that I have is called Spheksophobia, which means a fear of wasps, and this made me anxious of being on my garden. I do not know what caused my fear; however, I am determined to overcome it, and I will not allow my phobia to ruin my future. Even if I have to wear a wasp suit, I will. I will not allow this to ruin my future. Update: My fear has improved by about 5/10.
