Dwayne Hards threatens civil legal action against Morrisons for face mask discrimination

#Littlehampton: Asking customers 'why' they are not wearing a mask is discriminatory because the asking of someone's health, or disability is against the law, is morally wrong, and is a civil tort.

Dwayne Hards has threatened to take civil legal action against #Morrisons if they continue to ask their customers about their 'face mask exemption'.

People's state of health is private, and confidential, and no person, or organisation has the right to ask about this, said Dwayne Hards (#LCN Founder/#Leader).

Dwayne said: "I am considering taking civil legal action against Morrisons because I have heard that they are unlawfully challenging people regarding their face masks, and this is discriminatory, and is totally unacceptable."

"Someone MUST hold this company to account, and if that someone is has to be me, then so be it."
