The Independent Animal Advice & Investigation Department (IAD) has investigated reports of a dog being kicked on the seafront but had little success in doing so, as there was not enough evidence to convict the alleged offender. The incident happened a few months ago.
An aspiring Journalist, I was approached by a member of the public and told that a male had kicked his dog at least twice. Hearing this, I assured them that I'd launch an independent investigation in a desperate attempt to have the alleged offender in court. However, unfortunately, by the time I arrived at the scene, the male had fled and was nowhere to be seen; I requested local council officers' support, but they couldn't find the suspect either.
