LCN | What are CP's, Guidance, Policy, EP's?

Direct CP's/Civil Procedures (CP's) are an easy to understand term used to describe non-legal policies that LCN enforces that have received the Leader's Final Assent.

Emergency Procedures, (EP's) are Emergency Rules passed without Final Assent by the Leader and instead an LCN President, Vice President, I. Journalist and can only last 5 weeks before the Leader reviews them.

Policy is an LCN policy that is advisable and not enforced.

Guidance is advice the same with Policy and non-enforceable.

How do you tell which is enforceable? The top of the Procedure/Policy will say 'Direct Civil Procedure', 'Civil Procedure', Emergency Procedure', Act if the Procedure is enforceable.

If the Rule is Guidance/Policy it is advice and not enforceable and it will say 'Policy', 'Guidance' if the rule is advisory.
