Bright sunny skies are expected to last for most of today with a fifty-fifty chance of rain and hail, according to the Met Office.
Today's highest expected temperature is 9°C, meaning beachgoers should be wearing warm clothing and a coat.
No rain is expected tonight. The lowest expected temperature the town may reach tonight is -2°C, meaning gardeners and farmers should be protecting their plants and/or livestock.
