Seafront full of beachgoers

The scorching weather has seen many people - mostly elderly - flock to Littlehampton seafront to enjoy a pleasurable walk along the promenade and/or some refreshments from some of the local cafes.

Both Littlehampton and Rustington's seafronts began to get busy at around 10 o'clock this morning amid the scorching summer weather.

People took their dogs for a morning or afternoon walk to let them enjoy the sun and some playtime on the busy beach.

The seafront is seeing a rise in the number of visitors amid the return of the summer weather.
