A video has emerged of a van driver using his mobile phone in a build up of traffic and when moving in Arundel on December 16th at around 9:20am.
The driver was completely oblivious to the road as he was so engrossed in his mobile phone.
Despite a bus being in front and a lorry not far behind, the driver still decided to risk every other road users' life by tapping away at his handheld mobile device.
The driver's head could be seen on his lap for around 30 seconds at a time before he took a quick look at the road and then continued tapping away.
The driver was completely oblivious to the road and other road users around him.
Dwayne Hards, LCN's founder, has called for tougher enforcement on bad driving and said "those on their phones should lose their licenses as they pose a serious risk to other road users".
