Sussex man prosecuted after being said to have driven up to 200 MPH on the M23

A #Sussex man, driver, is suspected to have driven dangerously, by speeding up to 200 MPH on the #M23, said Sussex Police. The driver, James Hollett, aged 39, will be required to attend a hearing in relation to the alleged offense at #Crawley Magistrates Court.

James has been charged with speeding, dangerous driving, aggravated vehicle taking, and driving without due care, and attention. The court will decide as to whether James is innocent, or guilty.

A Sussex Police spokesman said: “The summons, authorised by the Crown Prosecution Service, follows an extensive investigation by Sussex #Police.”
