The Mayor of Littlehampton — Jill Long — awarded aspiring Journalist Dwayne Hards with a Certificate of Appreciation in recognition of his attendance to yesterday's Town Council meeting.
Dwayne said he found the meeting to be a positive experience but was surprised at how quickly it came to an end. "I love my Certificate, and I'm incredibly grateful to have been invited to the Council meeting."
