Young Writer: How just a little exercise can help your mental health

Just a little or long walk, run, or jog can help your mental health because being out in the fresh air can really help, and walking is good for your body and mind.

Littlehampton beach is a lovely place to walk or run because you have got the sea and shops, Harbour Park, and a variety of cafes to get a nice hot or cold drink from. When on your walk, just relax and forget everything that is happening at home because it can help when you are feeling low.


Littlehampton is also good because it has many cheap activities for families with children.
