  • Littlehampton Community News's Covid-19 Leaders Statement

Coronavirus Guidance Happy Holidays to all in West #Sussex and in any other part of the world, my name is Dwayne Hards and I am proudly the Leader of Littlehampton Community News's Site, I would like to give you some guidance regarding Covid-19 and what I advise you to do. I advise that you do not obey the government because the government are ruling our lives and you do not legally have to follow Covid Restrictions because the restrictions in place aren't really restrictions they are instead government guidance (advice). I advise that you do not wear a face covering in-store/outside because the face covering guidance is not the law despite what you may have been told by the #NHS/#Government and when you wear a face covering people with hearing difficulties will find it more difficult to process what you are saying as it is near impossible to lipread when someone is covering there face. I advise that you do not socially distance yourself from others because social distancing is not the #law in the #UK and social #distancing is reducing your interaction with others and it is incredibly depressing keeping isolated away from everyone and it will impact your mental #health negatively, social distancing is also a form of outdoor-isolation as you are isolating yourself away in a personal bubble. I advise that you wash your hand as you usually would in 2019 for example. I advise that you remain silent when being confronted by store-assistants/police because anything you do say will be used against you because that is more than likely why they are questioning you in the first place, if they ask you "why are you not wearing a face mask?" just say "face masks are not law in the UK they are only guidance" and also say "you aren't supposed to ask people why they aren`t wearing a face covering because it is deemed rude". I advise that if you are asked by an individual (not an organisation/other individual) to keep a distance of up to 2m you should (not must) take up to 6 steps back providing they have asked you nicely and politely as this would potentially ease there worries/anxieties especially if the individual claims they are vulnerable to Covid-19. I advise that you stay out and protect your rights because government advice is not law in the United Kingdom and you deserve to run your own life without the government ruling every action/decision you make. Leader: Dwayne Hards LCN

  • Where does your litter really go when you drop it?

#littering #litterbug #enforce #law #YouTube #Science #Campaign Today you will learn where this 7up bottlecap would go in reality if it was dropped on the floor and the detrimental effect it has on the environment.

  • West Sussex Councils MUST Fine Litterbugs

Littering is unacceptable in all circumstances and must be enforced by local law-enforcement. Law Enforcement Officials should fine offenders for littering the following items Plastic of any form Toxic Liquids Cigarette Ends Cardboard Fishing Litter Chewing Gum Paper Food Leftovers Wrappers Netting Sharp Objects of any kind Offenders should be prosecuted for littering the following Needles Drugs Knives Fly-tipping Vehicles Motors West #Sussex Local Councils should have zero-tolerance for #littering and should fine/prosecute all litterbugs and spread the message that West Sussex is no place for littering and that littering will not be tolerated under any circumstances. • Can you legally take pebbles/sand from the beach in the UK?

In the #UK under the Coastal Protection Act 1949 it is illegal to remove pebbles/sand from all beaches across the United Kingdom. Everyone who has visited the #Beach in the UK has taken pebbles at some point in there life however taking pebbles from the Beach in the UK is actually illegal and can land you with a £1,000 #Fine. This also means that if it`s illegal to remove any sand from the beach it is also illegal to walk home with sand in your shoes as it is legally classed as a removal of natural matter from the #Sea. Should you take pebbles from the beach despite it being a criminal offense? Technically no as it is a crime however the law is usually only enforced when there are signs up at the beach stating that any such removal is illegal or if you are taking ridiculous amounts of pebbles ie more than 20 pebbles then you may receive a fine, it would be unfair to receive a fine just for slipping a pebble or two in your pocket, if you feel that the fine was unfair you should seek legal advice from a solicitor immediately. The law should only be enforced when someone takes a truckload or more than 50 pebbles from the beach or if there are signs up warning you of a fine or any other penalty charge. LCN

  • The RSPCA do an amazing job at protecting animals at risk of harm

Written By: Dwayne Hards I am writing about the #RSPCA because I want to get the message spread that there are thousands of animals in need of rescuing or a new home across the #UK and the RSPCA do an outstanding job at rescuing these animals and serving well-deserved justice to the abusers. The RSPCA are true heroes putting themselves in harms way to protect injured animals. The RSPCA have an outstanding success rate of over 98% of prosecutions leading to successful results. And I believe without the RSPCA there would be many more animals in need of help/rescuing. The RSPCA does what's best for the animal if the best option is humanely possible. We appreciate you RSPCA for the animals that you save or rescue and the prosecutions you bring against animal abusers. We Thank You RSPCA! Dwayne Hards LCN

  • UK Councils must use plenty of hidden Speed Cameras to catch speeding drivers

This #Christmas plenty of people will be driving around the #UK for multiple different reasons mainly to see there loved ones, however just ask yourself 'What if I don`t see my loved one(s) this Christmas?'. Speeding doesn`t kill by itself, the driver kills by speeding, this is why #Councils in the UK must use lots of hidden speed cameras and not put the locations of them all over #BBC News or #Facebook. This way we would get the message spread and potentially save thousands more lives this Christmas.

Testing On 12 June there were: 4,323 tests carried out by NHS Scotland in hospitals, care homes or the community, making a total of 214,476 COVID-19 tests through NHS labs to date. In addition, 1,413 drive through and mobile tests were carried out by the Regional Testing Centres (RTCs) in Scotland, bringing the total of those to 75,281 tests to date. As at 8 June: 179,997 people in Scotland are identified as at high clinical risk of Covid-19 and are advised to shield. Almost three quarters (130,908 people) are aged 55 or over and 2% (3,940) are children under the age of 16. Demographic breakdowns of those on the shielding list at 1 June are published in the PHS Coronavirus (COVID-19) weekly report for Scotland referenced at the bottom of this webpage. Staff absent due to COVID-19 represents 5.1% of all adult care home staff (45,816) for whom a return was provided. The absence figures for NHS staff and care home staff are calculated in different ways and caution should be exercised in making comparisons – see the data sources and definitions document for full details. A key part of this response is to model the potential spread and level of the virus in Scotland, and to compare the Scottish experience to other parts of the UK and other countries around the world. The results of this work are used to help the Scottish Government and the wider public sector, and in particular the health service, plan and put in place what is needed to keep us safe and treat people who have virus e.g. to decide how many Intensive Care Beds (ICU) we need for Covid patients. Modelling reports are available on the Coronavirus (COVID-19): modelling the epidemic publications page More data on COVID-19 deaths A weekly report on COVID-19 related deaths (including those where COVID-19 is suspected) is available from National Records of Scotland (NRS). This report provides a breakdown of deaths by age, sex, setting (hospital, care home or home) and area (NHS Board area and Local Authority). It is updated every Wednesday. Emergency services at the scene of the assault A man has been left with life-threatening injuries after a fight outside a house in Goole . Humberside Police officers were called to the Kingsway just after 10.30am on Friday, following reports of a fight between two men. A 100-metre exclusion zone was put in place while police carried out their investigations, with some neighbours not allowed to collect property such as bins because they were “part of the crime scene”. A man has since been arrested for assault and remains in police custody and another man was rushed to hospital with serious injuries. The Goole Policing Team tweeted: "Urgent appeal for witnesses to incident on Kingsway in Goole yesterday around 10.20hrs, where a male sustained life-threatening injuries following an altercation with another male. • Should Schools face legal action for failing to report bullying to the Police?

Schools have a duty of care to students and they are civil servants in the UK and when they fail to call the police on students who violate pupils human rights they can be sued in civil courts for damages. Schools should call 101 to report an assault after it has happened and schools should call 999 if it was within school hours or there is illegal activity taking process. And the Pupil(s) who committed the crime could and should face Civil / Criminal action and when teachers say this when the student threatens to sue or privately prosecute the pupil(s) "It`s a School Matter" Student: "Then if that`s the case how comes if I was assaulted on the street it would be a criminal matter and civil matter, but when it happens in school oh well it`s just a pupil growing up"? Teacher just repeats themselves like a Robot "It`s a school matter". Schools go out of there way to defend students who are vile thugs and it`s about time they helped the student(s) privately prosecute the Thug(s) by at least writing a letter of claim and a witness statement for the prosecutor(s), they likely won`t as they don`t want the bullys in any more trouble than as little as possible. • LCN | What are CP's, Guidance, Policy, EP's?

Direct CP's/Civil Procedures (CP's) are an easy to understand term used to describe non-legal policies that LCN enforces that have received the Leader's Final Assent. Emergency Procedures, (EP's) are Emergency Rules passed without Final Assent by the Leader and instead an LCN President, Vice President, I. Journalist and can only last 5 weeks before the Leader reviews them. Policy is an LCN policy that is advisable and not enforced. Guidance is advice the same with Policy and non-enforceable. How do you tell which is enforceable? The top of the Procedure/Policy will say 'Direct Civil Procedure', 'Civil Procedure', Emergency Procedure', Act if the Procedure is enforceable. If the Rule is Guidance/Policy it is advice and not enforceable and it will say 'Policy', 'Guidance' if the rule is advisory. LCN

  • Dwayne Hards Reports: Gangs all over the local media for all of the wrong reasons

Dwayne Hards: Gang Violence is increasing by the minute and flooding local papers for the wrong reasons. Gang Violence is wrecking lives & is unacceptable. Gang-related violence has plummeted in London since the 2011 riots despite a recent spike in violent crime, according to new figures. There have been 89 violent deaths in London since January and violent crime has risen by 40% since 2010. Gang-related violent crime has nearly halved over the same period, according to Met Police figures obtained by the BBC. But some experts are unconvinced the statistics really show gangs have gone. The Met Police has put the drop down to the implementation of the Gang Violence Matrix. The database, set up in the wake of the 2011 riots, holds information on about 3,800 people of interest. • Dwayne Hards: Why you should always report illegal forms of school bullying to the police

We all remember that day in Primary/Secondary when some bullies approach you and make comments like "haha your gay!!!", however you probably just shrugged these off and said whatever or just ignored them altogether, but did you know that these comments are actually illegal and are classed as a Hate Crime. You are within your legal rights to call the #Police on 101 or make a police report on police.uk and the police will have to investigate and take action, the police must also give you the choice 'Would you like to Press Charges?' if there is enough evidence to charge. If the #Police do not investigate your report you may seek legal advice, make a complaint to the IOPC/police force. Hate Crime may include Criminal Damage Assault(s) based on Religion, Race Ethnicity, Sexuality, Gender, Hatred Assault, disability Hate Bullying people because of a protected characteristic Harassment Discrimination Racism Transphobia Homophobia Biphobia Hatred Bullying/comments Hate Crime is a prosecutable offense. Even if you do call the police to report only bullying the police may discover other offenses like Gang Involvement, Assault, Cautions, Drugs, Illegal Activity, we all like some good karma for the wannabe gangster school bully, including getting them nicked. #lcnreport LCN

  • Leader Dwayne Hards says OFB | Headie One's 6 month sentence 'not long enough'

OFB Rappers are thugs without a doubt tearing up London's streets. Rapper Headie One has been sentenced to six months in jail for possession of a blade. This isn't Headie One's first conviction. The rapper was reportedly locked up for 30 months in 2014 after being caught with heroin and cocaine worth £30,000 in Aberdeen. This Black Thug thinks it`s acceptable to carry a weapon and drugs and only gets the minimum sentence for Possession of an offensive weapon this black thug should have got 4 years imprisonment for possession of an offensive weapon and a sentence of 7 years imprisonment for Possession of a Class A Drug and an unlimited fine. The rapper was reportedly locked up for 30 months in 2014 after being caught with heroin and cocaine worth £30,000 in Aberdeen. His lawyer at the time said he'd been acting as a drug courier to pay off debts, this still doesn't justify black crime or any crime. LCN

  • Can you travel the United States with a Police Caution?

The #Police are without a doubt not charging enough offenders correctly and issuing to many #Cautions the Police make Cautions sound less serious but in fact these are incredibly serious and admissions of guilt. Do you legally have to accept a police caution? No, there is no obligation for you to accept a police caution and the police should make this quite clear Can you travel to the #US with a caution? Any individual who has received a caution for a crime involving moral turpitude or a controlled drug offense will be ineligible to travel to the U.S on ESTA, regardless of the date of the caution, there are some circumstances where travelling to the United States may be possible with a caution, to find out if you can travel to the US you should contact your local police force or seek legal advice. • What type of education setting is Stephenson Academy?

Stephenson Academy is an sen school for pupils with an EHCP Plan.

  • How are Stephenson Academy managing the Covid-19 Crisis?

Stephenson Academy staff are managing the Global Covid-19 Emergency with all of their best efforts compared to most other schools across the #UK There is however some issues with Stephenson Academy's 'COVID19: Risk Assessment and Action Plan'. According to Stephenson Academy's PDF "Inclusion Unit is available for any students who significantly breach social distancing and whose home is not considered appropriate". No student/pupil especially with sen needs should be marched into isolation for not following Government Covid-19 Guidelines, it is unfair to march students into isolation for not following advisory measures because Coronavirus Guidelines are not the law the same goes for any guidance whether it`s Baking Guidance or Coronavirus Guidance (Guidance is Guidance). Stephenson Academy are also enforcing advisory social distancing measures in forms even though in a school as a whole especially in a classroom students and staff are in a bubble. I think that Stephenson Academy should not use isolation for certain students for not following Covid-Secure Guidelines and should instead send the pupil home If home is not an option they should be sent to the hub, isolation is an unfair strategy. Note: When the student is sent home it should be made clear that they are not in any trouble and that it is not an exclusion. Stephenson Academy's COVID19: Risk Assessment and Action Plan most certainly needs some changes. Please share this article so that Stephenson Academy get the message that there Covid-19 Plan might not be the best of ideas for certain students with sen difficulties. • Boris blasted by Piers Morgan for 'disrespectful hair'

Piers Morgan has blasted Boris Johnson's hair calling it a messy disrespectful haircut whilst comparing it to Worzel Gummidge During Tuesday's episode of Good Morning Britain, the outspoken TV presenter was quick vocalising how he felt about the way Boris Johnson's hair looked during his statement from 10 Downing Street last night. Boris was "disrespectful" to make a public address without styling his hair, Piers Morgan has said. He claimed to have attended parties where he had seen the PM deliberately mess up his hair for the "Boris look" "What is going on with the Prime Minister's hair?" Piers Morgan has stated. "It's not disrespectful, it's because hairdressers aren't open till July", well that's fine but someone in that house must be able to trim it. "It takes 10 minutes," continued Piers. "Because when he bothers to brush it, it looks quite kempt, we've seen that over the past few weeks." "And some days he just can't be bothered, and I've actually seen him at parties deliberately ruffle it, to create the Boris look." He added: "Brush your hair, it's just basic courtesy." WCN Statement "A Prime Minister of Great Britain should have the respect as a public servant to keep there hair presentable." WCN

  • "Lockdown is illegal!" Boris faces legal challenges to most recent lockdown rules

BORIS JOHNSON is facing a legal challenge over his latest coronavirus rules after a businessman launched an appeal to quash the Prime Minister's new laws immediately, declaring them illegal. Wealthy businessman Simon Dolan has launched a legal bid against the Prime Minister’s latest “draconian” measures to fight the invisible killer disease, claiming they have been “sneaked in” using a legal loophole. He said: "businesses were being driven into the ground and lives are being ruined." Mr Dolan, whose Jota Aviation company has been delivering personal protective equipment (PPE) to the NHS, has joined forces with wedding venue operator Cripps Barn Group Ltd to seek an injunction, which would immediately halt the Government’s latest lockdown laws. The legal bid comes after Mr Johnson urged members of the public to adhere to the new rules including pub and restaurant curfews of 10pm, a "rule of six" limit on social gatherings, and mandatory face mask wearing. Mr Johnson set out the need for "drastic action to tackle the fast growth of coronavirus" asking people to "work from home if possible and to stop non-essential travel." But today, Mr Dolan and Cripps Barn Group Ltd served legal papers on the Government, seeking urgent relief from the Court to quash the new restrictions and declare them illegal. In their 'Letter Before Action’, they are also seeking permission to take the measures to judicial review. They say the contradictory and confusing laws are destroying the hospitality industry and that the measures are disproportionate to the risk to public health from COVID-19. They claim "The Government misused legislation to bring in the new regulations without proper scrutiny by parliament." The Government introduced the new measures through the Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984 by certifying the legislation as ‘urgent’. This meant ministers were allowed to make the laws effective immediately without prior approval in parliament. If the injunction is granted and a public official attempts to impose the lockdown laws, they could be in contempt of court which is ultimately punishable by imprisonment. Mr Dolan, who owns ten UK businesses and employs 600 people, said: “With 16 million people now under draconian local restrictions, and everyone facing harsh fines for contravening rules they can’t even understand, the tide is turning." "More and more people believe, like us, that the Government cannot be allowed to do what it likes with no thought to the consequences of its actions." “The new legislation has been sneaked in using a legal loophole without scrutiny from parliament." "That is why the country is in a total mess and a state of confusion." "Businesses are being driven into the ground and lives are being ruined." The Prime Minister himself had to apologise for getting confused by his own laws and his own father did not know to wear a mask. “I have long argued that all the lockdown measures have been brought in illegally and are completely disproportionate to the risk from COVID-19." "We have evidence which backs this up and challenges the spurious scenario presented by Professor Whitty when he claimed that there could be 50,000 coronavirus cases per day by next month.“ "The new measures threaten to destroy the hospitality industry." "We know there are dismayed, worried and angry people in the hospitality industry and we need more people from the sector to come forward and support this legal case so they can make their voices heard." "Anyone who wants to support it financially can donate to the CrowdJustice appeal." The lockdown measures are illegal, they do not work and they must be scrapped. WCN
